Hi Lunchosaurus, Mikey from Grigons and Orr here. Thanks for the review. Just want to correct a couple of things. The Eggs Benedict is $14.50 with bacon/spinach or ham and the Coddled Eggs are $12.50. Can I check the low service rating was because you have to get your own water? Just hoping we were polite and looked after you! Oh and our number is 0487 608 489 - we're open 7am till 4pm weekdays and 8am to 4pm weekends :)

Thanks so much for the correction, I can’t believe I got the prices wrong! I must have researched some out-of-date opening hours for you too, apologies again. The review has been updated now to show the correct information.
To answer your question about the 2/5 service rating, this is not because you were unhelpful or impolite. It was more that theconvenience of the service which was rated, in this case it meant that orders were not taken from tables and water was something which customers needed to get for themselves. Being Cash-Only also detracted from the convenience.
The rating scale takes into account restaurants and cafes which offer these conveniences as well as waitstaff checking in once during the meal and also asking if everything is OK once diners are finished.
I hope this explains how your rating was interpreted by me, which was not at all bad, perhaps just slightly more hands-off than other establishments. Despite this though, your food was excellent and we’ll definitely be visiting again!
